  • WHAT WE BUILD

Fully hydraulic modular trailers and chassis.

The Viking Carrier is patented, fully hydraulic modular trailer and chassis equipment built for modular and prefab transport. It lifts more, reaches farther, and gives the driver real control over axle, height, and load, where the tire-and-axle setups most structures still travel on give none.

The lines

  • Fifth-wheel hydraulic modular chassis

Fully hydraulic gear built to couple to a fifth-wheel setup, for transporters and factories already running that configuration.

  • Pintle hitch hydraulic modular chassis

Fully hydraulic gear built for pintle hitch hauling, with the same lift, reach, and control.

Both lines extend from 73 to 76 feet, lift up to 150,000 lbs, and carry 16 inches of hydraulic lift travel.

The hydraulic difference

Traditional modular gear is static. It sits at a fixed height, it does not adjust to the road, and on uneven ground the load takes the punishment. Fully hydraulic Viking gear changes that.

  • Full hydraulic control.

The trailer levels and adjusts on the move, keeping the structure stable across grade changes and rough ground.

  • 16 inches of hydraulic lift travel.

Range for set, installation, and clearance, not just the road.

  • Lifting capacity up to 150,000 lbs.

Rated for the heavy steel and concrete modules the industry is building more of every year.

  • Extends from 73 to 76 feet.

Reach for long structures without leaving stability behind.

  • Made in the USA

Every Viking trailer is designed, engineered, and built in the USA.

The running gear underneath

The hydraulics get the headlines, but the gear underneath is built to the same standard. Compared to the low-cost running gear most structures still ride on:

Tires

Steel-belted radials built for heavy hauling, instead of cheap bias tires that blow out by the dozen and lose tread in a few hundred miles.

Air & Inflation

A tire inflation system that holds pressure on the road, paired with a high-tech air brake system rated for the load, instead of an electrical-brake setup pushed past its limit.

Frame & Suspension

Reinforced steel frames that resist bending and fatigue, on heavy-duty suspension built for repeat-route work, instead of low-grade hanger suspension that breaks down.

The Result

Structures arrive on time or early, in the condition they left the factory, instead of late, damaged, and over budget.

Three ways to get one

BUY

Purchase

Own your gear outright and put the asset on your books. Best for steady, predictable volume and the long-term cost advantage of owning.

LEASE

LEASE

Get the performance without the full purchase up front. Works for scaling, covering a defined project run, or proving out the gear before committing to a fleet.

CUSTOM BUILD

CUSTOM BUILD

If your structures sit outside the usual weight, length, or height profile, we design and build to spec. Engineering hydraulic gear around a specific load is the home court.

Inventory

We keep trailers in stock, so depending on timing and configuration we may be able to get you on gear faster than a full custom build. Ask what is available now.
